January 25th - Rave-O-Lution , Oss

Last friday it was time for the first bigger rave with lots of happy hardcore dj's .. RAVE-O-LUTION !

A party with Mental Theo, Highlander, Dune, Paul Elstak and The Rizzler .. 

Our settime was from 2 to 3 AM, after Paul, and I was crazy ill ! I had been in bed all day so that I could perform an hour in the evening ..

We arrived at 1.30 AM in Oss, a place about 20 min from Den Bosch, a bigger city in Brabant.

It was a big sports hall with about 900 people. Pretty big stage with a big LED screen.

Our set went rather well, although it was very hard for me to focus due to my illness ... But I managed! And Bruce did an awesome set !

Schedule week 4

The first bigger party of this year is taking place in week 4 already ... With the biggest names in happy hardcore land ... 

• January 25th - Rave-O-Lution , Oss

Dj's like Mental Theo, Dj Paul, Dune and The Rizzler will play so the bar is high ! Make sure you will be there, this will be one wicked party !

Our photographer Jasper will be there too to take pictures !

November 17th - Happy Wonderland, Beesd

At a party like 'Happy Wonderland', it's always hard to play, because of so many good dj. I mean, Dj Paul, Mental Theo, Waxweazle, Dune and Highlander are all oldschool heroes.

Also all happy hardcore tracks made will be played several times, so when you have to start at 4, chances are very big people think 'that track again' ?

So we stepped up the game, and played some very nice early tracks. Started off with 'Geleihoofd', and people went nuts !

I didn't expect people to be partying that hard at 4 in the morning, but they did ! Damn !

Much respect to all partypeople still raving like it was their last party, we had a blast ! I hope you did too !

Schedule week 46

In week 46 we have two gigs. Well, actually I have 2 gigs, and Bruce has one. I have been asked for a special hosting with colleague dj 'Bass D' at a very big 90's party, called 'Pump Up The 90's' .. The two gigs this week are : 

• November 17th - Pump Up The 90's, Hardenberg
• November 17th - Happy Wonderland, Beesd

It's a long drive between the gigs, but both are going to be cool .. One very big and commercial, and the other one with all colleagues ( like Paul Elstak, Mental Theo, Dune etc. ). Hopefully we can play a bit harder then ;)

October 5th - House Of Revolution, Eindhoven

Last friday we had two gigs in 2 different countries .. The first one was opening House Of Revolution in Beursgebouw in Eindhoven ..

Opening is always a thing, because when you start, the chances are big there aren't much people around yet. Beursgebouw is a pretty big building, which can hold about 7/8000 partypeople ( we were here on Queensday and the placed was packed ).

When we arrived ( 9.45 PM ) the building was still pretty much empty ( only organisation and bar people ) but after the doors opened, and we started our set, people came in ... after abut 20 minutes, I think 6/700 people were already partying. They really showed us love ! Eindhoven is always great to play ! In the end there were about 1500 people which was awesome ! This was a great way to start to evening !

We didn't had much time to stay, because at 12 AM it was already time to start our next dj set!

Other dj's that night were Flamman & Abraxas, Mental Theo, Dune and The Darkraver.

September 29th - Experience The 90's, Weert

After our set in Leeuwarden, it was time to drive ( read fly ) and convert a 3 hours drive into a 2 hours drive. So it was driving 170 km/h.

Our Tom Tom said arrival at 3.02 AM, but in the end we arrived at 2.27 AM. Unfortunately due to miscommunication we had to play from 2AM tot 3AM, so that was a real bummer, because the people there really wanted to party!

After a conversation with a manager of the club, we cleared stuff and we will be back soon in Club Experience in Weert!

Other dj's were Dune ( Hardcore Vibes ) and our friend Dj Freeze.

Schedule week 39

After almost 2 weeks off ( where I spent one week on the beautiful island of Sicily), it is time to get on stage again ... this saturday we are playing at 2 different locations.

• September 29th - The 90's Are Back, Leeuwarden
• September 29th - Experience The 90's, Weert

In Leeuwarden we will do a real commercial dj set, because it's a real 90's evening ( other audience then we are used to ) and in Weert we will close down so that will be haaaardcore. Everything is possible right ... ? They don't call us the 90's PARTYSQUAD for nothing right ... ?

September 1st - Birdman Reloaded, Horst

The 1st of September it was time for a nice 90's party in Horst, a place 45 min from where we live. 

We came from an electrohouse festival ( Feels Like Love, Geleen ) so we already had a partyvibe! Now it was time for us to let the people know how we partied in the 90's ...

Our settime was from 12 to 2AM, and after us was our friend Dune ( Hardcore Vibe ) so we had plenty of time to play all kinds of tracks.

This time we did a lot of real happy hardcore tracks from colleagues Paul, Theo, Partyanimals and the others and it was great. Just like a real 90's Partysquad! We saw people who weren't really into hardcore dancing like mad! That's the way it should be ! And that special request we got from a girl in the audience ( Doooominator ) kicked like a MF!

Schedule week 35

This saturday we had a good and very nice festival planned, but unfortunately it got cancelled ( because of bad presales ). Pretty disappointing but a couple of days after the cancel e-mail, I got a new e-mail that they wanted to relocated the festival into a smaller clubparty.

• September 1st - Birdman Reloaded, Horst

So september 1st was still on! Yes! Together with our friend Dune we are going to rock the 90's bar!

June 16th : Springflowers festival - Eindhoven

2 days ago Springflowers festival went down for the first time and then it's always the question, if it will be a success. All depends on the weather, and if people wanna go ( because there are so many festivals in the summer ). The line up and the ticketfee is very important.

The line up was defenitely okay. There were two stages, a springstage ( house ) with dj's like Bingo Players, Jamie Westland, Nicky Romero and Sister Bliss, and a flowerstage ( happy hardcore ) with dj's like Dune, Mark Oh, Paul Elstak and us. And although the predicted I believe 50% chance that it was going to rain, it stayed dry! The sun even came up! It was a nice festival.

Our settime was early ( 2.30 - 4.00 pm ) , but when we arrived the flowerstage was already pretty crowded. I didn't expected that, but it was super cool! I think there were about 4/500 people. That became more and more during our set. We had some new bootlegs from our friend Dj Triax and they rocked big time !

After our set it was time for Dj Mark Oh to play some tunes. And after that the great Paul Elstak got on stage together with MC Alee and he definitely rocked that stage, together with the host of the festival MC Apster. After Paul came Dune and Flamman & Abraxas.

All in all, great day ! Good looking festival, good dj's, many partypeople ( that sang along ), and good weather! We will be remembering this one !

Schedule week 24

This saturday we are playing at a festival in Eindhoven and we very anxious to see how crowded it will be. I think it all depends on the weather. 

• June 16th : Critical Mass : Springflowers, De IJzeren Man, Eindhoven 

There will be two area's, a Mainstage playing house ( progressive/electro ) with dj's like Marc Benjamin, Nicky Romero and Bingo Players. The other stage is the 90's stage. That means music from back in the day, in particular happy en early hardcore ... With a pretty nice line up ! Dune, Mark Oh, Flamman & Abraxas, Paul Elstak and us ! Settime is pretty early ( 2.30 - 04.00 PM ), so let's hope partypeople come early to see and hear us play.
